⚖️ Sovereignty Academy — Terms, Refund Policy & Code of Conduct

Effective date: February 8, 2026

By accessing, purchasing, or participating in Sovereignty Academy (the "Community"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use or access the Community.

1) Our Goal

Sovereignty Academy supports your sovereign journey through practical frameworks for clarity, healing-oriented growth, and aligned action. We are committed to a welcoming, harassment-free environment and do not tolerate harassment or harmful behavior.

2) Eligibility

Adults only (18+). By using the Community, you confirm you are at least 18.

You are responsible for ensuring your participation is lawful in your location.

3) Applicability & Scope

These Terms apply to all Sovereignty Academy spaces, including public and private channels, posts, threads, comments, DMs connected to the Community, voice rooms, livestreams, workshops, intensives, and events (online or in-person). Anyone who violates these Terms may be restricted, suspended, or removed at the discretion of administrators and moderators ("Admin Team").

4) Disclaimer & Safety Notice (Read Carefully)

Educational / Informational / Entertainment

Sovereignty Academy provides content and experiences intended for educational, informational, and entertainment purposes only. Interpretive or "spirit-led" insights, energetic perspectives, archetypal frameworks, symbolic tools, and timing perspectives are subjective and not guarantees.

Coaching Is Not Therapy (Including Business + ADHD/Neurodivergence-Informed Coaching)

Any coaching-style support offered through Sovereignty Academy—including business coaching, life coaching, executive-style coaching, or ADHD/neurodivergence-informed coaching—is not therapy, not medical care, and not mental health treatment, and does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.

Not Professional Advice

We do not provide medical, mental health/therapy, legal, tax, or financial services. Nothing in the Community (including posts, messages, live sessions, workshops, or materials) is a substitute for advice from a licensed or qualified professional. Do not make major decisions based solely on Community content; use your judgment and consult qualified professionals as needed.

Business Disclaimer (No Earnings Guarantees)

If we discuss business strategy, marketing, pricing, sales, productivity, or entrepreneurship: we do not guarantee revenue, outcomes, or results. Examples/testimonials are illustrative only, and results depend on many factors outside our control. For legal/tax/accounting questions, consult your attorney/CPA.

ADHD / Neurodivergence Disclaimer

We do not diagnose ADHD (or any condition). Do not start, stop, or change medications or treatment based on anything in the Community. Seek licensed assessment/care if needed.

No Emergency Services

Sovereignty Academy is not for emergencies. If you are in immediate danger, call 911 (U.S.) or your local emergency number. In the U.S., for crisis support call/text 988.

No Guarantees

We make no guarantees about outcomes. Individual results vary. Any examples, stories, or testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not promises of results.

5) Membership, Payments & Billing

Memberships may be offered on a monthly or annual subscription basis and may include access to digital materials, community spaces, and live sessions.

Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information. Failed payments may pause access.

6) Cancellation

You may cancel at any time through your account settings on the platform where you subscribed (or via the provider you used, such as an app store).

After cancellation, access typically continues until the end of the paid billing period unless access is revoked due to Code of Conduct violations or a payment dispute.

7) Refund Policy (Simple 14-Day Policy)

14-Day Refund Window

You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date for eligible purchases made directly through our checkout.

After 14 Days

After 14 days, all sales are final and we do not provide refunds or credits for unused time.

Extenuating Circumstances

We understand life happens. Extenuating circumstances may be considered at the sole discretion of Sovereignty Academy on a case-by-case basis. Any exception granted does not create an obligation to grant future exceptions.

Third-Party Purchases

If you purchased through a third-party provider (e.g., an app store), refunds are subject to that provider's policies and process.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first so we can help. If a chargeback is filed, we may suspend access while the dispute is investigated.

How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with subject "Refund Request" and include:

brief explanation (optional, but helpful)

Removal for Cause

If your access is removed due to a Code of Conduct violation, we may revoke access immediately and may deny refunds.

8) Intellectual Property & Use of Materials

All Sovereignty Academy materials (including curriculum, frameworks, PDFs, audio/video, graphics, session recordings, and brand assets) are owned by Sovereignty Academy or used with permission.

You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for personal use only. You agree not to copy, distribute, resell, publish, publicly share, record, or redistribute paid materials, or use them to train AI models, without written permission.

9) Privacy, Confidentiality & Community Expectations

Respect confidentiality: Do not share, quote, screenshot, or repost other members' content outside the Community without explicit permission.

No doxxing: Do not post private identifying information (addresses, phone numbers, private emails, workplace details, legal names not shared, etc.) without consent.

We moderate with care, but cannot guarantee the behavior of all members or absolute confidentiality.

10) Toward a Welcoming & Safe Environment

Expected conduct includes:

Using welcoming and inclusive language

Respecting differing viewpoints and lived experiences

Accepting constructive feedback with maturity

Taking responsibility for impact (not just intent)

Showing empathy and encouraging professional support when appropriate

11) Anti-Harassment & Prohibited Conduct

Harassment is not tolerated. Prohibited conduct includes (but is not limited to):

Offensive, derogatory, or demeaning comments about identity (gender, race, religion, disability, etc.)

Misgendering, deadnaming, or identity-based mockery

Threats of violence, intimidation, stalking, or sustained disruption

Unwanted sexual attention, coercion, or sexual content where inappropriate

Encouraging self-harm or suicide

Publishing private communications (including DMs) without consent

Harassing recording/photography or logging activity for harassment purposes

Spam, scams, impersonation, or unsolicited promotion unless explicitly allowed

No medical/mental health directives: Do not diagnose others or tell members to stop medication, therapy, or medical treatment.

12) Reporting

If you are being harassed, notice harassment, or have safety concerns, contact the Admin Team:

If the report involves an admin, they will not handle the report. We review good-faith reports seriously; bad-faith reports may be declined.

13) Enforcement Process

We may take any action necessary to maintain safety, including content removal, warnings, temporary restrictions, suspension, or permanent removal. In urgent situations, an admin may act immediately. Decisions are final. We will respect confidentiality requests where possible.

14) Consequences

If you are asked to stop a harmful behavior, you are expected to comply immediately. Violations may result in expulsion from the Community and, where necessary for safety, warning others about the conduct.

15) Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Community after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
